Why did we make D3?
We made D3 to offer a natural high-dose high-quality product allowing people to reach desired doses of vitamin D.
Ingredient History
The vitamin D in Vyvaro D3 is extracted from lanolin, a natural component of sheep’s wool. The wool is gently sheared from the sheep and undergoes a purification and cleaning process. From the wool a pre-state of vitamin D is extracted. Radiation with UV light of the pre-vitamin D forms active vitamin D, comparable to how sunlight initiates the vitamin D formation in our skin. Afterwards, the vitamin D is mixed with organic virgin coconut oil.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and combing it with organic coconut oil supports the absorption process as vitamin D needs fats for its uptake in the body.

It is best to take your vitamin D with a meal.

Why have my D3 vitamins changed colors?
If you notice that your Vyvaro D3 (2500 IU) is fading in color, this may be due to heat and sun exposure. Although our vitamins come in a dark bottle to protect against light exposure, the product can be affected if you leave it out on the kitchen counter. We therefore recommend storing your Vyvaro D3 in a cool, dark place.
Please note that the appearance of coconut oil may vary; it may be completely white, partially white, or entirely transparent. It might also have a slightly clumpy or cloudy texture, which is completely normal.
Can kids take D3?
The general recommendation is for children 11 years and up.
Is the bovine gelatin in your products halal-certified?
The gelatin in our products comes from cows. It is not halal or kosher certified.
How do I best store my D3?
Store in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
